We understand that sometimes things don’t meet your needs. Our simple return process is here to assist when it’s not quite right.
Items must not be returned with deodorant marks, perfume or soiled in anyway. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are not returned to us in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in the original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
A completed return slip must be included in all packages with returns. Please fill out the form with your name, order number, and reason for return and make sure that the slip is included in the package along with your items.

Please fill out the return slip that came with your items, including your order number and reasons for your return. If you cannot locate your return slip, a handwritten note is acceptable.
What if I don’t want to return via Royal Mail?
If Royal Mail is not your preferred method of return, we do accept manual returns using an alternative courier.
- Please pack all the returned items and a completed return slip inside the package. (If you have lost or did not receive a return slip, a handwritten note with your name, order number and reason for return is acceptable - *please note without paperwork we will not be able to refund you as we will not know which order to refund.)
- Go to your local post office or courier to ship the package with the below return address clearly labeled:

Can pre-order items be returned?
You are able to return your pre-ordered items, as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received it. Pre-order returns must still be made within the 36-day grace period, however you will not be able to do this through our regular returns portal and instead contact our customer support team via info@elrstye.com, or message our live chat Monday- Wednesday 9-5pm. We will always aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Delivery if I order pre-order items and standard shipping items in the same order.
When ordering items on pre-order, dispatch information will always be provided. If you are making an order containing both pre-order and standard shipping items, the full delivery will be made on the pre-order dispatch date given.
If you need your standard shipping items before then, we recommend ordering them separately from the pre-orderitems. (Join Inner circle for just £15.99 for unlimited free delivery all year round, or enjoy free shipping on all orders over £100).
Can I send back items from multiple orders together in one package to save on postage?
We do allow customers to make one return with multiple orders inside as long as all order numbers, customer details and reason for return are stated on the return slip and included in the package. If you have lost or do not receive the return slip, we do accept handwritten notes.

All international orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using the most reliable couriers tailored to your specific region. Import duties and taxes may be applied upon receipt, which are determined by the Customs Authority in your destination country/location and are beyond our control. These charges are influenced by factors such as:
- Country/location of origin of the purchased product
- Local VAT rates
- Local import taxes
You will be responsible for paying these charges if requested by your local authorities.
To simplify the process, our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery. If prepayment is available for your order, you will see the option:

By selecting this option, you'll receive a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order, including all delivery charges, duties, and taxes.
Please note that any inspections and fees imposed by customs in your country/location remain beyond our control if you choose not to prepay taxes during checkout.

During busy periods, orders may take up to 7 working days to ship due to high demand, as we handle packaging and delivery manually, this may take some additional wait time on your delivery arriving. We appreciate your patience and support during these times.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please also note that delivery times may be extended around UK bank holidays and public holidays.

Can I cancel an order?
Our team aims to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, therefore if the order has already been fulfilled, we would be unable to cancel this. If for any reason you urgently need to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, please contact our customer service team via email at info@elrstyle.com, or message our live chat Monday- Wednesday 9-5pm.
What if my item is faulty/incorrect?
