Thank you for your order! If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder, as our emails can sometimes end up there. If it’s not there, just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to resend it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in the original condition with tags attached.
Returns are not accepted after 36 days or if items are not in their original state.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
A completed return slip must be included in all packages with returns. Please fill out the form with your name, order number, and reason for return and make sure that the slip is included in the package along with your items.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website’s tracking page to monitor your order’s progress.
Sometimes tracking information will only update once in the delivery network.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

All of our international orders are shipped from our UK Warehouse using the best and most reliable couriers for your specific territory.
Delivery can take up to 10-14 working days, but delivieries can often arrive sooner.
Please Note:
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

When ordering pre-ordered items, orders are dispatched slightly later than usual as they can only be sent out once our shipment of orders has arrived in full to the warehouse.
We cannot wait for you to receive and love your items so we always try to keep you updated on your orders, and provide information on when they will be dispatched - we appreciate your patience and continued support!
As a small team, order processing is done entirely in-house by hand. We kindly ask that you bare this in mind with order discrepancies, and we will work hard to make your shopping experience with us as easy and seamless as possible.
When ordering items on pre-order, dispatch information will always be provided. If you are making an order containing both pre-order and standard shipping items, the full delivery will be made on the pre-order dispatch date given.

International Shipping
All of our international orders are shipped from our UK Warehouse using the best and most reliable couriers for your specific territory
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:
- Country/location of origin of the purchased product
- Local VAT rates
- Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
Our guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package – guaranteed!
All you need to do is prepay the duties at our checkout.
If prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows:
“Prepay xxxx for duties, taxes and fees now to guarantee no additional charges on delivery”
Select this option if you wish to prepay duties & taxes.
Should you choose to use this option, you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).
Please note that any inspections and fees applied on imports to your country/location are beyond our control, should you decide not to prepay your taxes during checkout.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 21 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and unaltered
In their original condition
With all tags attached
Free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, perfume, or any other signs of wear
Items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Returns are not accepted after 21 days from the date of delivery.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return (UK Customers)
1. Include Your Order Details
Please include the completed return slip that came with your order.
If you cannot find your return slip, a handwritten note is perfectly acceptable. Please include:
Your full name
Your order number
The reason for your return
Important: We cannot process your refund without your order details inside the parcel.

United KingdomYou can return your parcel using your local Post Office or a courier of your choice. Please keep your tracking number until the return has been processed.
3. Refund Processing
You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed.
Please allow up to 21 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be issued.
